Domain Name setup...

I'm currently running Mandrake v7.1 with a ADSL connection using the PPPoE software Roaring Penguin(which I highly recommend!)

Is there any way to setup things so that I can register a domain and have it eventually point to my machine? If I had a static IP address I believe that this wouldn't be a problem, but does anyone know of a workaround for this if there is such a thing? I would primarily want to serve page via apache and run my own mail server i.e somebody@mydomain.com
