linux on android phone
i am told there are 3 methods that allow linux to be run/installed on android mobile devices. what are they? I have heard of loads of tools to do this eg: kbox2, limbo pc emulator, gnu root, linux deploy etc.. so why am i told there are 3 methods? confused:confused:

Who told you there were three methods and is the number more important that actually installing Linux?
Did you google-> linux on android phone and see all of the information that is available?

1) In a VM
2) Terminal Emulator
3) Replace Android

You can install Busybox Libraries, and install Terminal , and checking if everything is properly working, then download and install the scripts and the Ubuntu system.

you’ll need three apps:
Linux Deploy
BusyBox
VNC Viewer
First install BusyBox. BusyBox gives your phone access to Linux commands that it wouldn’t otherwise have and is required for a number of root apps to work. Once you’ve installed it though, you don’t need to worry about it again.
