Are you sure the drive isn't bad and caused the no boot situation?
You could take the drive out and hook it up as a slave drive in another pc or external closure and then copy away.

FYI - The traffic on this is site is very slow..... It's even slower on the weekends.

I would concentrate on NOT booting off the flash drive part.
Did you "Burn" the iso file to the flash drive?

You have to keep in mind that these "senior members" are human beings that voluntarily take time out of their busy hectic days to hep complete total strangers.

If you and or your server send me an email - I can use the option "report as spam."
The email can be a simple "Hi how are you" type of email... But if enough people report it - they'll blacklist...
