10.0.0.138 is my adsl router which pulls dns from my isp.
No - I just need this server to be able to send me sys emails - cron email and the like.

If I have a motherboard with two IDE channels running 4 IDE devices to add additional IDE devices do I need an additional IDE card like this one ?
Will Redhat see these new devices as normal?

Hi,
I am running Redhat 9 and the latest version of sendmail on PC on my local DSL LAN.
Sendmail refuses to work for me.
When I try and send email from the command line I get the following...

I can now run the m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf and sendmail doesn't complain when started but whn I mail myseld from the command line I don't recieve the email
mail log...

the /usr/share/sendmail-cf dir doent't exist whcih is why I can't run the m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf as I posted in the original post.
I guess I'll need to reinstall the rpms's

yes - just add a printer as normal with type smb

you need to set a document root in your ssl virtual host, have you done this?

assuming it's a vanilla install try
netstat -an | grep 80
whcih would check for stuff listening on port 80 ie apache
obviously have a look in the error log too
