I did as you stated on this line to see if I could print directly and I did get an error on the libgimpprint.so.1. I'll see if I can find anything on that.

That's why I stated if all things were equal - service, price. Would you switch.
Obviously I wouldn't make a switch to an ISP that used Linux if I knew I wasn't going to have a set uptime.

I ended up editing the /usr/bin/mozilla file and changin instances of /usr/lib/mozilla-1.2whatever to where my install was located. It worked great so far.
