I have already covered this area. Their main need involves a telnet session to a hp-unix server, email(evolution), & office suite (openoffice).

I would check that the domain name is setup correct so that you recieve mail for www. & without www you might be able to add without www to your /etc/hosts file.

The problem with you question is that it is the same software running the desktop regardless of whether you run linux or *bsd.

I know it exist, but I can't seem to remember what the command is for time an app. I wrote a shell script that I want to time to see if it's faster or slower than another script. Any ideas?
