Oh sorry, missed that switching distro.
Ok, what you really need to do is find out what the server is used for. Is it only a mail server or used for other stuff as well?
Ask your bosses they should...

If I get you right, what you do is add a route on Server1.
Like so:
* OpenVPN uses adresses 10.10.10.1 - 10.10.10.23/24
* Ip on Server2 for ipsec: 192.168.10.2
On Server1 you add a route to...

What I would do (mainly using Debian but should work on any system):
1) Clone the old system and copy it into the new server.
2) Upgrade new server using yum
3) Take care of errors & problems, one...

Try remove that file
/var/lib/apt/lists/bw.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_quantal_main_i1 8n-Translation_en%5fGB
(should be safe to delete but I recommend you just move or rename it).
Then update...

The point is, don't use "*.*" use *.<what you want>
You will need probably need several lines to catch all you want.
-
One suggestion I found is that "... UNIX system seems to don't understand the *.* so I just update the command line to
*.debug @myrsyslogserver.mycompany.corp

If you read the error message carefully, you can see this line:
"Syntax error on line 5 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/airtime-vhost:"
So edit that file, look for "ServerAdmin".

You have to be far more specific!
What servers, what distro, what services...
All distro's I've seen keeps standard logs in /var/log/, but then various services might store them elsewhere....
-
What I can say is, all local user accounts are in /etc/passwd.
But then there is AD, LDAP, Radius etc - is that what you're looking for, how to see those?
-
Sorry for late reply.
"why going back to MSWindows age running GUI" you ask - well, if you want something like ISPConfig then you want a GUI, why else use it?
If you want to configure everything on...

Good you got it back!
Now for openssl, don't try to remove it.
The guide you followed mentioned packages needed, if you had looked closely when issuing "apt-get instal ... openssl ..." you would...
-
Well, it has been asked quite a few times... Thing is, you can't - not in a "normal" way.
Maybe you can write something in C++ or whatever programming language you master.
Wat you normally do...

It's number 4 you want, forget the rest for now.
Try it, you'll like it! ;)
Check it with "df" - it will show you all partitions & where they're mounted.
-
Ouch, that hurts! (Been there, done that... :( )
The thing is, openssl is installed with the system and lots of packages depends on it, that's why it couldn't be removed the normal way.
First...

It sounds like a bad idea to both run ispconfig AND configure your websites manually.
Now I haven't used Ispconfig myself, but since it is to take care of everything I seriously doubt you can just...

My advice is "be careful!"
I know that some of those distros listed gives an option to install Linux side-by-side, but do you dare trust that it always works?
I strongly recommend you to try it out...
-
Ooooh, you've been cheating on us and now you want forgiveness! We'll have to think about that carefully, don't we. ;)
(... thinking 10 seconds...) OK you're forgiven - but don't do it again! :D

That card should work.
First, check & post output of "lspci" ("lsusb" if it's a usb-device)
Support for the card should be in the kernel, maybe you need to get firmware.
I found a few threads...

IMHO there's no point in researching this.
You can easily set any sender you want in "from" field, I think you're just spammed that's all.
-
Yes but you say you get the message: "Could not connect to RDP server" .
You're not to connect to a RDP server, you want to connect to a VNC server.
-
You can't use RDP when connecting to a linux system.
Instead configure vnc in Remmina.

"stuck at 18.9% " and definitely "immediate shutdown if unplugged" - either battery is faulty or your laptop's battery-connection is broken.
My guess, at least.

AFAIK - though I can't absolutely swear on this - securetty controls only tty:s, that is:
serial ports, usb ports, & standard console (directly attached keyboard)
Now, again according to my...

Thanks saikee!
Often when I'm stuck with a problem I find that formulating a question actually gives me the answer or at least point me in the right direction.
This is because then I have to...

... after having spent so many hours, and finally asking for help...
I read my own question, and finally realized the real problem - which was not catching a block of text but interpreting those "...
