It seems that Ubunut doesn't have alsaconfig

I'm using Ubuntu 7.10 i386 on my laptop(CPU of which is AMD64).Here's what I got from lspci -v:




I can't find any driver for ATI sound card and I'm sure that the system is not muted.Any idea?
