And as much as people might want to rant about it, all I can say is I like it because that's where I got my Unix roots. Haven't used it since though...

Sorrie, I posted this to the other thread just to make fun of SCO. Not really a rant there, but a joke.
BTW to those who do not know, I posted this to a thread asking for the meaning of SCO.

does "the sco group" even acknowledge the acronym anymore since they're a whole other company? i can't seem to find it on their website.

Actually, there are several ways to pronounce SCO.
A few of them are:
Idiots
Loudmouths
Litigous Bastards
Thugs
Scammers
Extortionists
and my personal favorite....
Liars

In a very morbid way the final outcome is quite obvious, the lawyers on both sides will reap millions of dollars and the legal decisions made (or not) will be moot. Not Trolling here, just stating the unpleasant fact that Billing Hours are running the show and not common sense. The issues are only vehicles to more money for the lawyers (I am not anti-lawyer, just a bit more cognizant of the root issues).

GigaShadow,
This is not some sci-fi bug hunt we are talking about here.
Running down the other guys lawyers is all part of the battle. 3.5 million in legal expenses is a nice hit by the good guys. I hope that doubles next quarter.
What root issues do you know about?
Sepero,
Nice chart! (XSCO) = negative stock appreciation.

Wow, down just under 17% today. Last week was weaker than usual volume, today was greater than usual volume, and it really didn't seem to matter that the price kept dropping, just get rid of it. Would be interested if 98% of the stock sold was RBC. Someone is dumping, anyway. Lets start a pool. I predict dropping below the $2.50 mark a week from Today, May 17.

heh..there's already a pool.
Search yahoo's message board for the WAG site. It was setup by the groklawyers and freaks who hang out at the scox message board all day.
