It doesn't work only in IE, you need a flash plugin, which you can get from http://freshmeat.net/projects/flashplugin/?topic_id=91

goto www.theinformationminister.com then click the flash screen and choose See Top 50 and have a look at #5 ...not really worth the effort though -only mildly humorous.

Let's hope that this information will come out during the court case.

It's a very interesting read, thank you for posting this link

I guess we all suspected that it happened like this......i get alarmed by how many people are taking SCO seriously.

Still, IBM's deadline ran out at midnight last night so things are gonna start speeding up soon. I think anyone who's running linux on a PC should be following this story. The impact of an unlikely victory for SCO could be immense for the linux community and the whole open source philosophy

Thanks for posting this. Anyone with any sort of grey matter in their skulls would be able to see that SCO doesn't have a case.

SCO copied Linux into System V Unix according to employees

Here's an interesting article about SCO's potential violation of the GPL. Former SCO employees, the smart ones who know enough to get off a sinking ship, told this euro website.

There have dozens of these article floating around. There's also a couple of articles with that moron Laura DiDio where she claims she saw code that predates Linux. That's right, but she had some expert along for the ride because she doesn't know squat about programming.

Of course there is also an article over at the register where some German guy claims to have seen the code without having to an NDA (an apparent boo on SCO's part?). He claims the time stamps were removed.

The most intelligent article I have read is from Newsfactor where a programmer turned industry analyst talks about the code. He questions the source of the original code and how excerpts really don't help to determine anything.

"Under the legal doctrine of "estoppel" (or "unclean hands", for layman), SCO could be found to have violated the same laws it seeks to employ. A different legal sense of "estoppel" prevents SCO from trying to litigate a claim already lost" - eweek.

I think this one hits it on the head for SCO. Unclean hands, try filthy dirty hands.
