    Dial-up modem sharing

At a friends house I have set up his two PCs to be dual boot, win98 / MDK 9.1, with a direct network cable, crossed over, everything is honky dory, except that, he has one external modem hooked up to the one PC, now, just to make life simple (or complicated *grin*) I would like to setup the one system to share its modem with the other one.

Anyone got any Ideas?? BTW all the modem charing Is see are expensive cable modems, they ae not popular here.......

    Thanks in advance
