    Speed up Openoffice.org

Did anyone notice how sluggish Openoffice.org is and wonder how to make it faster? It's really simple! Open it up and in the 'Tools' menu select 'Options'. Then go to 'Memory'(on the left) and under 'Graphics cache' change the option 'Use for OpenOffice.org' from its default of 9 to something higher. I use 30 and it flys!

Sweet, I thought everyone knew about this option. If you have a lot of RAM (i.e. like 1GB), use these options (as I have been using them for a while and they seem to work great).

    Use for OpenOffice.Org 200MB
    Memory per object 10MB
Remove from memory after 00:10 hh:mm
    Number of objects 20

Thanks DerekKraan for bringing this up.

    Cheers,

Try doing a forum search or a google search before asking a question. And please don't use HELP! in the topic of your post... it's so lame... Please don't PM me for help-- post a question in the forum instead.
