Going insane trying to figure out what is going on.

Okay so I have finally got OpenSuSE 12.2 up and operational with RAID, that in itself was a nightmare. Now the problem is when I try to execute binary files that have been working just fine before they won't execute. The flag is set so the system knows they are executable. Also it doesn't matter who tries, I get the same error message. Searching the web has been pretty pointless so I figure I would post here and see if someone has an idea...

Here is the error I get:

    sh sqlitestudio-2.0.28.bin
sqlitestudio-2.0.28.bin: sqlitestudio-2.0.28.bin: cannot execute binary file

There are several applications that this is happening with. It's driving me crazy trying to resolve this issue and if I can't get it resolved then I will be forced to return to OpenSuSE 11.4. At least everything worked without so many friggin headaches.
One by one the penguins steal my sanity...

    Vanpooling now...
