How can I make an outlook rule for downloading pictures?
I am part of a list. The list company who is not the sender uses a technique that changes the domain and sender each time to prevent people from blocking the content. However in my case I actually want the content and since the sender and domain change each time, I have to manually download the pictures each time. I thought to make a rule that if the subject contains x, that outlook would allow the pictures to be downloaded. Or at least to add the sender to the safe users list but I can't find these options. Is there any way around this aside from downloading pictures for all messages which I don't want to do.
