Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold on there buddy!
Isn't this kind of thing done AFTER the case has been proved in court?
If some woman says that Darl McBride is the father of her child and that he owes maintenance, will she get money immediately, regardless of whether it's proved that he is or not?
Brilliant thinking!!!!!!!!!
Oh yes. On the pronunciation. 'skoh' rhymes with 'doh'.
Is that a Homer Simpson 'Dohhh', or does it rhyme with 'dough' (i.e., money?)
Pretty much does it for SCO
IBM has countersued SCO claiming that because SCO distributed a version of Linux under the open-source General Public License (GPL), it can't claim that Linux software is proprietary. IBM also argues that SCO software violates four IBM patents and that the company interfered with IBM's business by saying it had terminated IBM's right to ship a Unix product, AIX.
SCO's suing days are now over.
