    Desktop + Icons for *box

    What i want:

    Blackbox, but with icons on the desktop.

    What i dont want:

    A bloated frog like gnome/kde doing the job.



    I heard of a program that i think was called something like "liquid desktop" or something, but ive been googling for ever, but to no avail...please help me find a solution!

    There's loads of different programs for this. A quick search on the forum for "fluxbox icons" will probably yield some more, but otherwise:

    ROX-Filer
    idesk
    cooldesk
    fbdesk

    are a few of them.

    I think idesk has transparent icons, so it may be your choice if you're picky about appearance.
