    Securing VNC using SSH

I'm using VNC to connect to an XP box from the outside. Based on a previous post I learned that VNC is not very secure. I also learned that I can use SSH to secure VNC.

Has anyone done this? Where can I get more info?

    Thanks,

if you're wanting the XP system to run the VNC service, and wanting to create an SSH tunnel to that box, wouldn't you also need to run the SSH service on the XP box?

is there a way to have the XP system to establish an SSH connection to a linux box through putty, then create the VNC connection through that tunnel?
