    i posted this before, but i deleted and i'm posting it again. what is your favorite BSD and why?
    i was once trapped by windows, but linux set me free...

    FreeBSD. I use it because I heard it was the BSD to use if you have used Linux!? I guess it is the least difficult to transition over to from Linux, but I thought that all BSD varieties/distros were based on the same code.....

    So in short................FreeBSD!!

    Free BSD...the installer is friendly, compared to the text installers
    in Net and Open. I've run out of gas for dealing with those for
    the moment.
