doom3 seg faulting?!?!?!?
howdy.. I'm running Mdk 10 with a 2.6.3 kernel and the latest nVidia drivers. but I'm getting seg faults when I run my Doom3 install. I am including what I think is the most important part of the output:
Code:
------------- Warnings ---------------
during game/mc_underground...
WARNING: Couldn't load sound 'guisounds.wav' using default
WARNING: Non-portable: path contains uppercase characters: base/dds/makeIntensity/lights
WARNING: Non-portable: path contains uppercase characters: base/sound/VO/video

si_code 1
Trying to exit gracefully..
this is a standard straight out of the box version of Doom3. I wonder if my XF86Config file would have anything to do with this? I've mad3 a few tweaks in there, namely adding options "NvAGP" and "RenderAccel". Could they be causing the problems?
