I have used the username bones996 for awhile & recently noticed that I can't post any replies or start new threads, whats wrong?

Yeah, funny thing is right now I think I'm logged in as both bones996 & 9961 as I just ssh'd into my other computer & have the same problem. I don't really want to use the new user ID & whatnot because I'm so used to using the other one.

No offense taken, that was the first thing I checked. Right now I'm logged in using both accounts on separate boxes & have checked my control panel to verify it, so it's not a password problem.

edit: Now I know both of my usernames are active because I just saw bot of them listed as being logged in, but this is the only one I can post replies from.

Sorry but the admin options don't show that name under a search but I can go to it via your profile.

You say you can login now?

Yes I can, I'm logged in from two separate boxes under both names at the moment. At the bottom of the forum page I can see myself logged in under both users

I think you will have to wait for bproffitt on this one.

Thanks for the help anyhow. It just really confuses me that I can log in as both users & only post with the new one . I hope that if he can resolve it though that my new id can be deleted as I don't want it to hang around - I better remember to log out on my other box first , well this box.

Okay, I figured it out. For some reason, the Bones996 account got reset back to "Users Awaiting E-Mail Confirmation" status. I have reset it back to Registered user, and that should clear up the issue. Do you want me to kill off the Bones9961 account?
