That mobo has no ddr slots(the RAM has two keys, it's SDR). I also have to doubt it's ultra ATA 133, I bet it's ATA 100.

Not really.
He is right, there is no way a P2 board would have DDR, plus the keys show he is right, are you sure that is the right box?

Now that I think of it, none of those specs can be right.
Look up the Model number on google and find the real specs.

I can't read the model number in pic1 (glare!), but I can deduce the following:
The "figure-8" logo to the right of the CPU (a P-II 266) is that of ChainTech. Write down the number after "AGP" and before "M102" that appears between the brown AGP slot and the first white PCI slot. Then, head over to Google, type in "Chaintech #### M102", and see what pops up.
The revision number (m102) is visible, and it looks like it may be one of the 6xxx M102 models. It looks like an Intel "LX" chip off to the northeast, so I'd guess maybe the 6LTM M102.
Those are definitely PC-66/PC-100 DIMMs (SDRAM), and note that DIMM1 has a missing latch to the left.
The LX/BX chipsets only supported the ATA-33/66/100 IDE buses.
It's AGP 1x or 2x at the most.
If there's any NIC, FireWire, modem, or USB2 ports on that mobo, they're extremely well-hidden.
I can't tell if the video is built-in, but it looks like a standard Winbond-type multi I/O chip to the right of the ports, and two MAX-232 type chips to the left of the Winbond, which indicates it's got two serial ports, and no video (since the video port would occupy one of the serial openings, and you'd only have one MAX-232 chip).
So, I'd say you've got a "P-II/266 (Slot-1) Intel LX mobo with 64MB PC-66 SDRAM, 1AGP, 4 PCI, 2 ISA, 2Ser/1Par, USB1.1, and no video/audio".
About 33MHz less than the Gateway system I just put Linux on for my 10-yr old cousin (300MHz w/384MB).

I agree with Bonzai. That AGP is probably 3Volt, meaning it won't work with any cards made today (I think). Sorry, but that's not really worth $35 to me, but you might find somebody who will give you $50 on ebay!
Sorry to screw up your sale .
