    A plea for a serial cable (or something!)

    This is my plea for a cheap Serial Cable(or something).

    I have an old box, but I can't use it because I have no way to connect it to my main computer. I know that some one out there has an old serial cable, usb cable, or some type of hardware I can use to connect these box's.

    To this person:
    You're not using this old stuff anymore, so let me take it off your hands. I'll pay for shipping. I need to connect my box's. Please, contact me.

    Sorry to hear about your problem. I really would send you my null modem cable, but (as others will attest ), I really do use it often...

    You could try to create one...

    LPT Cable

    I have an LPT to LPT cable that was supposed to work with Windows Direct Connection (back in Win98). You're welcome to it for just the cost of shipping and packaging.

    Crap, I had heard LPT to LPT was difficult to setup! Ooiiy
