    aspell -- addon of linux vocabulary

    Hi;

    Does anyone know of some kind of addon, update or extension to aspell that will include the linux lexicon? I want something that will skip properly spelt Linux terms like sudo, ls -l, bittorrent etc., etc. I am tired of spell checking messages, notes and small manuals that keep marking linux terms as incorrect spelling but can't tell when a normal linux word is in fact misspelled.

    I have looked everywhere? I know there has to be a solution. Somehow I have missed it.

    Regards Bill

    P.S. It would also be nice to have a spellchecker when posting messages.

    Aspell addons

    Section 5.5 of the aspell manual (http://aspell.sourceforge.net) talks about creating an individual word list, which may be of some help. I have not used this feature, but it seems straighforward enough.

    You might give it a try.

    I agree that a spell-checker for the reply-to-thread text editor would be a boon.
