    I never got to post in the original stickied thread, so im really glad i can finally pay my respects on the forum here, Md was a great help to me and thousands of people. I couldnt believe the sad news when i heard it.

    Yes, the day Mike left us flashes in my agenda like the ones of other people I cared for. Luckily at my age there aren't that many yet. Mike, you're still being missed on the other side of the world, too.
