I use XFCE. Nice, quick, and lightweight enough for my tastes.

Gnome, all the way. KDE is great, but I always go back to Gnome.

was using waimea/kahakia, but both projects are now defunct to the point of me not wanting to use them, back to flux since openbox's new head dev is an *** that ruined the project, and blackbox is on the waining side of being deadend of development. no panels me likey floating menus, gtk apps all the way

Fluxbox, because it rocks - although I'd probably switch back to Window Maker if it had a slit.

I use KDE most of the time. I experience much better performance with KDE than with Gnome (using Nautilus). However, I do spend a great deal of time playing around with E, Fluxbox, and XFCE.

For day-day work, I use KDE. But I also enjoy using xfce from time to time. If I had time, I'd explore making xfce my main environment, but I don't really have time to explore anymore...

I'm a Gnome junkie. Thank God, I'm cured of my KDE addiction. I guess it's from one addiction to the next.
