I wasn't going to post anything this month because I haven't really changed anything, but I was playing around with x11vnc and came up with this kind of funny infinite recursion screenshot.

Thank you. I like yours very much as well. I really like what you have done with xfce.

Here's a look at my xfce4-svn setup. Not quite on par with pyavitz's but its coming along...

Thats conky displaying the mpd info. I use pygmy though as the mpd client.

I've been playing with composite with xfce the last few days and still have some more tweaks I want to do, but here's a couple shots using trans-inactive which makes all inactive windows transparent

There is some quirkieness in the taskbar with it's transparency, but so far it's much more stable then when I tried this last year. I can even run ut2004 without something crashing (but need a clean deasktop when starting games because the updates in the gkrellm flicker through)

Please do spoil us with what you did with that XFCE!
    The toolbar on the top.
The side bar on the left.
    The distro used.

Hell, even that skin you used for your GAIM!

Sure, in the shot i'm using Xfce 4.3
The toolbar and the sidebar are actually the panels.
    The distro is CRUX

The xfwm4 & gtk2 theme is Bevox and the version of Gaim is 2.0.0cvs. no skin

Well, here is my newly setup KDE 3.4 on Kubuntu 5.1. I haven't had much time on it, so its pretty bland. Maybe next month it will look better?
