I think we should have a rule that we only have to look at je_fro's avatar in his own posts. That keeps the gag factor down

I've gotten real comfortable with my linux setup that it is now my official work OS. So long XP!

BTW, I don't know if some of you guys have come across this issue, but when I used XFCE4.2 on Ubuntu, for whatever reason, when I opened up an application, then tried to open a document within said application (it can be ANY application) it would just kill the application with no error. Hence my switch to GNOME. Anywho...

    Stats:
Dell C400 docked on a Dell APR
    Ubuntu 5.04 with GNOME
    Vista XP Theme for GNOME
    Vista Icon Theme for GNOME
    Lotus Notes 6.54 on Wine
    VMware / XMMS / XINE / Eclipse / TSClient / OpenOffice

    Clogged...
    Clear...

    Ah! You caught me!
I guess some of my Windows habits keep following me, even in Linux.

My new work desktop. Ubuntu Dapper kinda, accidentally, sorta, somehow just installed itself in this otherwise total Winblows environment. For the life of me I can't imagine how THAT happened. :-)

should make the origin of my screen name pretty obvious too.

    Almost up-to-date screenshot:

    Gentoo
    KDE 3.5
    amaroK and Konqueror windows open
    No taskbar (don't like it)
No menu (not quick enough - I find keyboard commands and/or Katapult much better)

This is as much fluxbox as I can get into one screen: xterm/wget, konsole/irssi, kpager, xdaliclock, xterm/mplayer xterm/alsamixer acrobat reader.

These days I spend a lot of my time reading pdf documentation while lurking/posting in the justlinux chat. I can ask a question if something I read needs some clarification, and I am never too bored or too distracted.

    Running SUSE 10.0.
