Not my own desktop, but an ubuntu installation I set up, gnome + metacity (16 bit color temporarily, because of a video card issue):
    Clean (606K)
    Dirty (326K)

slackmagic: Your posts weren't showing up because they got caught in the spam filter (new user with url in post tends to trigger it). I only validated one of them since they seemed to be duplicates, and I'm guessing you just thought it didn't go through.

Slackmagic, that's a really nice desktop! Probably the prettiest Fluxbox I've ever seen - and where did you get the wallpaper from?

    My linux playing a host:

You see arch on my laptop (icewm) hosting OS2 by means of VNCplayer and hosting debian by means of VMWareplayer.

might be confusing: I use the warp-theme in icewm, so the debian-vmware-window belongs to arch, not to OS2.
It's a known "problem" with OS/2. It runs continuously until the underlying hardware crumbles under you hands....

If you have to ask why you want to install Linux, then perhaps you shouldn't.

    Hey Folkert,

What's the name of that cpu monitor in the upper left hand corner of your screenshot?
    Knute
