    i had fiugured as much it had been awhile since you last posted.im dealing with this issue now and it's stating there are no screens.

    Bummer...had to go back to OpenSuSE. I assume you got the Windows mount working again? I always used the mount command with the -t options to mount Windows shares like this:

    mount -t smbfs -o username=Administrator,password=somepwhere //192.168.5.13/Utilities /windowsShare

    I do recall having issues where sometimes I just couldn't get to the mounted drive (even though it was available) and then had issues unmounting/remounting it as well. A few times the only solution I came up with was reboot the system and then somehow I was able to mount it just fine again. Go figure.
