A newbie's good food guide in Linux.

    Which distro should I install?

This is a silly question but is raised regularly in Linux forums. The reason is because Linux is just like food and the above question is like

“What should I have for dinner?”

Only you will know how big is your stomach (as your PC hardware limitation).
Are you a vegetarian or a meat eater? (intending the PC for a certain application)
Are you allergic to certain food? (like can't touch or change the Windows PC, looking for a Linux booted from CD or a USB device)
Are you really hungry or just want a snack(Server installation or just a small foot-print disto)

Here is my good food guide in Linux

    Starter

    Any Linux Live CD

I thought BLAG is just a normal Red Hat variant.

Since vegetarian don't want to try different meat varieties and stay selectively with only vegetables I am going to label them as Windows users wanting Linux to look like and behave like Windows.

There are vegetarian dishes of lamb, beef, fishes and pork. All made of vegetables but simulating the texture and taste of the different meats.

I don't know, in my experience people who use gnewsense, blag, and GNUstep are usually GNU purists, and feel that they have a moral obligation to use nothing but free(as in freedom) software.

    in the same way that....

A large percentage of vegetarians/vegans feel they have a moral obligation to restrain from eating animals.

    Maybe Sabayon.....(Gentoo)
Sabayon is an Italian dessert made with egg yolks, sugar, a sweet liquor (usually Marsala wine), and sometimes cream or whole eggs. It is a very light custard, which has been whipped to incorporate a large amount of air."
