Have You seen this Hardware Error at Bootup

I just installed Ubuntu 8.04 Server LTS (kernel 2.6.24-19) on a new Dell PowerEdge T105 and received this hardware error on bootup right after Loading Hardware Drivers, ck804xrom_init_one (): Unable to register resource 0x0000000ffb00000-0x00000000ffffffff - Kernel Bug?.

Does anybody have any info on this error? It boots fine and seems to work OK. Should I be worried about it? I don't know if it is effecting anything yet because I don't have the server in production.

http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=647506 according to that link it has something to do with NVidia and 4Gb of ram on x64 system. Found on google. If it's working fine I wouldnt worry, but that's just me.
