We welcome new members but there are some spammers around. You post in the "Technical" section of the forum. Presumably you have a technical issue to discussed?

    helpful but not active forum

    Hi,

This forum site is known as being populated by knowledgeable individuals, but also as being relatively inactive. You might also wish to include other forums in any of your requests for assistance, such as linuxquestions.org, which is the opposite (very active, so much so that members here would find it annoyingly difficult to keep abreast of new posts).
