Suggestion for minor revision of Community Posting Guidelines thread
One of the linked websites in the Community Posting Guidelines thread is to Google for Linux (www.google.com/linux).
I've seen that site suggested elsewhere. But each time I try to access it, I end up at a deadend page:
"404. That’s an error.
The requested URL /linux was not found on this server."
Suggest removing the link if the referenced site is no longer active.

I would think that it does not engender a tremendous amount of confidence in the usefulness of the site for a new user when one of the first things he or she is encouraged to read as one of the first acts as a participant in the forum turns out to be inaccessible because the linked site is dead. (And apparently has been for years.)
In addition, another link in that same thread is also dead and should be removed (or replaced):
JustLinux Help Files (http://forums.justlinux.com/nhf):
"Not Found

Apache Server at forums.justlinux.com Port 80"

Doc, he's talking about this thread:

I removed a couple dead links and will fix a couple others later..

Thanks.
(I didn't mean to stir up trouble.)

No no, no problem. Thanks for the heads up.
