QuickBooks is a go-to choice for many businesses, especially small to medium-sized ones. It's known for its user-friendly interface and a wide range of features that cover everything from expense tracking to payroll management.

On the other hand, Xero is another strong contender in the accounting software arena. What sets Xero apart is its cloud-based approach, which allows you to access your financial data from anywhere, anytime. It's known for its ease of use and robust accounting capabilities.

Here's a guide for it. I used it when I learned Freshworks. It can be useful for you too.

Keeping track of accounts can be a bit of a headache, especially when you?ve got a lot going on.

I started using sugar CRM to manage everything, and it?s been a lifesaver. It?s mainly for customer management, but I found it works great for organizing accounts and tracking payments too. Everything?s in one spot, which makes it a lot easier to stay on top of things without getting overwhelmed.
