How can I load mp3's into iPhones and iPods?..

I sometimes get given retired notebooks with windwoes or mac in them.. I add iTunes, and they work for a couple months processing music into iPhones and iPods, then they auto update, and suddenly something mean and nasty kills the OS.. Same thing happens with both windwoes and apple notebooks...
I can't get anything to process music for iPhones now.. What's the big secret to getting music into apple things?..

you will have to instal iTunes and then add the music to iTunes, Then sync your iPhone to the PC. You will then need to choose what albums you add to your iPhone

You can follow these steps -
Using Apple Music/iTunes (Mac or PC)
Open Apple Music (macOS Catalina or later) or iTunes (Windows or older macOS versions).
Connect your iPhone or iPod to your computer using a USB cable.
Drag and drop your MP3 files into the Music Library in Apple Music or iTunes.
Select your device in the app (it appears as an icon in the top-left corner).
Go to the Music tab and check the box for Sync Music.
Choose to sync your entire library or selected playlists, artists, albums, or genres.
Click Apply or Sync to transfer the MP3s to your device.

Super tutorial, but my problem is getting a windows-7, or an old macbook working with iTunes.. I get an old retired hand me down apple notebook working to reset iPhones and load music, and about three weeks later some forced update has killed iTunes in the notebooks, and crucial parts of the OS, as if it's a crime to not register an old mac OS with apple.. I can't avoid those forced killer updates...

Seems Linux doesn't do iTunes yet..

I have a few windows-7 notebooks.. I can't find an iTunes that downloads that works in W-7.. I try to upgrade them, but get stuck in apple's and microslopt's greed-saturated plugged latrine policies and affairs.. Seems they believe they own the user.. The unscrupulous bludy telephone companies think they own humanity, and they are dragging humanity into their pathetic nazi-elitist hell.. Most of those cocaino-damaged mindless soulless twits don't even know which gender they are, and they are trying to tell us how to live life...

I have several old macbooks that need upgrading to make iTunes work in them, but apple download OS's for old hardware is all blocked and locked, if you aren't 100% accepting apple's greed policies you get nothing, and I sure don't want those turd-brain demons having my phone number, address, and credit card, is why I boycott everything apple and microslopt.. None of the free download links work for old stuff, and their apple and microslopt forums aren't the slightest bit helpful.. Everything about apple demands the user buy a new notebook, and give them your phone number, address, and credit card numbers.. They are essentially 'hell-world'.. New is out of my reach being on an oldies crap pension after this government stole my three uranium deposits, my two gold mines, and my three lotto wins.. The greedy christian hell-pigs ate up my earthly life because they have armies and own the police and courts... Is there a way to make Linux distro work with iTunes to reset and load an iPhone..?

What I would like to find is a free mac install CD, or someone who is really into Apple and Mac who would charge a light fee to reset an iPhone, and load a flash drive of mp3's into it while I wait.. I'll ask the local cellphone repair-shop if they want to get into that service... I have about 50 iPhones I want to reset and load with music, to listen to on airport setting.. I don't use cellphones as phones.. I've heard about the health risks, and I believe them.. I see the whole world going kookoo and enraged like wild chimpanzees on the warpath because of the microwave radiation on their brains.. Now there are probably 2 to 4 billion incidents of brain-tumours in humanity now from cell phone usage.. I tried to get 'imazing'.. Every-time I click their download up comes a popup to redo my email address to get a download link.. I can't download it...
I went into their help files to ask how to download it..
Have you seen their horrible email form page..? A third of the way through that mess I dropped the tab..
I checked out 'anytrans'.. It's for phones.. I don't use cellphones.. My 'oh yay' just got 'dashed on the rocks in the waves'...

I tried to download those two items, then I found four locked files in home file and in hidden files.. I deleted them all without opening them.. If I had opened them they would have destroyed the OS.. Don't trust those two downloads people.. They are backed by mindless soulless evil demonic christian hell-monsters full of hate for truth, life, and love...
