Server for setting up a centralized logging system

Hello,
I am trying to set up a centralized server for recording the logs from around 20 servers I am working with.
I found this systemd-journal-remote guide. The tutorial states that this is a good option for a single system, but doesn't work too well with a larger number of systems. But it never specifies what that larger number is.

Does anyone know roughly where the line is?

In my experience a similar setup worked smoothly with 14-16 servers. So I assume it should work well in your case as well.
