what are the differences between Conda and Anaconda ? what would you choose here!?

well i want to install a package that supports the headstart into Python - scripting

which setup is appropiate; which one do you recommend:
should i go and use Anaconda or should i try out Conda!? What are the differnces here!??

Does Anaconda come with a good IDE - besindes Jupter-Note or Lab!?

Conda is the package manager and environment management system, while Anaconda is a distribution that comes bundled with Conda, as well as a bunch of popular data science and machine learning packages pre-installed.
