Hello,
My external HDD may be faulty, I put S.M.A.R.T (did by linux mint and through smartctl) .
While I connect my hard , the system freezes and windows can't open any of my 4 partitions and I received a format error before using and some I/O error )
NOTE: While I touch my HDD I feel spinning and no abnormal or suspicious sound. LED blinking.

While searching through forums, I have come across many debates and sometimes controversial comments regarding the use of either HDD Super Clone: https://www.hddsuperclone.com/

I have compiled several key points for both tools and will present them here. First, I will share the results of the S.M.A.R.T. analysis(did with Linux Mint). Based on these results, which tool is more suitable and appropriate for my situation? Which one is more effective for cloning my external hard disk?

I experienced those same problems from opening white's house reply emails when 'bush the small one who bites doors' was America's active tyrant dictator.. Their emails had a little rectangular box of symbols in the title..
Try installs avoiding uploading your word files to the hard drive, might keep-out those WW3 malwares..?
Never download a gooble pix from a site labelled 'neural', that's an overly self-righteousness elitist jerk playing self-righteous devil-god by bullying people by destroying their computers OS's with malware in pix..
If you can open the hard drive, run a find-search on all your files for that little box in the titles.. Isolate those corrupt files to a separate back-up till they've been cleaned.. Delete the headers in those files, and rename the files, if you can..
Another trick that sometimes helps get through this problem is to change the USB connector and cable to a new one, and use a different USB socket.. I have a retired 'dell inspiron nb' that has a bad USB socket.. The ext hd's flash the LED, but don't mount...
Copy the contents of the hard drive without opening any files so you have a safety copy, if you can make a copy..
If you can't copy the contents, you probably need a widows-10 computer with all the available restoration software in it.. Sorry but you would need to use a widows OS to run those data recovery programs as they are created for only widows and makk...
If you must operate a widows or makk OS, maybe it be a good plan to first ingest lots of strong pain-killer drugs and anti-psychotic meds before you start, wear rubber gloves, a dust mask, and coveralls.. You don't want to catch any widows or makk diseases.. Take a hot shower with lots of strong soap after you're finished, and maybe a couple penicillin pills.. Bleach wash the computer.. Maybe just burn the utility computer in an incinerator in case some of the widows crap sticks inside it..
Be cautious about adding stuff from the internet to your back-ups these days.. The internet is part of WW3 and Hell these days.. Make a separate back-up for today's internet stuff, and isolate it from your data back-ups till you are positive it isn't corrupt...
I sovled this prob by never opening emails anymore.. The christians from hell use seemingly friendly emails to destroy activists and scientists internet computers.. Their on-going inquisition is hell-bent on crushing all truth...
Caution: Saving some corrupt data from the Web these days can zero-data your hard drives by corrupting the boot manager, which is probably what happened to your ext hd.. Evil is a fad these days, look at the news media.. Humanity has devolved and slipped into hell.. Stop trying to help them out of hell.. It cannot be done.. You don't have the strength.. Heck! I'm ascendant and humanity's number-one pioneering scientist, and even I don't have the strength to get them to see any truth.. What's dead is dead...
Maybe just give-up trying to restore the hd, and store it safely away in a static-proof bag till Linux comes up with the proper restoration programs in a few years.. I solved this corruption problem by establishing 8 retired notebooks with all my precious files in them, and pulled the net cards from them.. The Net can;t touch that data.. One notebook for notes, one for pix, one for videos, one for pioneering research science data and inventing, one for music, one for a back-up of newly acquired files as an isolation temporary quarantine safe, and an hp touch screen notebook beside the bed as music player for sleep music with 15,000 tunes in it, and slide shows of 20,000 bar-nakeed smiling young lassies proudly displaying what their mummies and daddies gave them... This netbook never has any valuable data in it.. It's used exclusively for the Web, youbube, gooble, the war, this forum, and playing tunes.. I'm boycotting most of the Web during WW3 as it grows more and more evil by the minute.. I format this internet computer every month to maintain it free of malware.. Only takes 2-hours for a fully customized new install of 'Linux Mint 20 Mate'... Dump firefox and ufw in favor of bleachbit, librewolf, and portmaster...
Sometimes what works for me to open troubled stubborn external media is to plug it in the USB of a notebook that has Scientific Linux 6 as the OS.. I keep a ScL-6 NB on the utility desk just for that purpose...
