503 and 504 is generally mother-dependent authoritative hackers doing infantile bullying, blaming the whole world, and getting revenge for their nagging closeted accumulative pains of colic and diaper rash... That, and an absence of glandular serotonin, the quietner glandular.. T. Rex didn't have any serotonin, is why it was a such powerful killing/eating machine void of remorse like the spirit-dead cocaino-heads of today.. Soon serotoninless Asia, China, Russia will inundate the Internet with all kinds of 504 glitches and related damage to shut down the Internet in their terrorist insanity cannibalistic religious war against humanity's truths and freedoms, just before they start detonating nukes on Europe...

There is a simple work around to 503 and 504 that helps a bit.. Punch a connection through the corrupt pest server(s) by clicking on an insignificant quality well protected link or tab, then click on the link that's experiencing the 504 glitch.. Essentially 'double clinking' it...
A 503 or 504 is like a trap-door spider hiding in wait for a victim.. The 504 spider attacks the browser's first link connect attempt.. While the spider is feeding on its victim, the next potential victim passes by unnoticed/unscathed.. This trick will probably stop the 504 problem at the gate sometimes... If it doesn't bypass 504, then the culprit is probably religious terrorism related, stifling and blocking truth...
For this I use the Publer tab, then I click on the tab I want... Publer is backed by top-end security and ultra god-class cyber-genius.. When you're net-computer is visiting Publer it's essentially visiting 'cyber fort knox'...

I'm experiencing a few problems with 'gateway 504' in a few tab links.. so I switched hard drives to a fresh new install, and the problems all vanished.. Seems gateway is a malware added to ones computer OS by someone at the controls of a major server, bullying people for fun, living in hell-world sharing hell... The big problem with someone sharing hell is it means they are already in it.. There is no escape from hell... I pity them like I pity a dead maggot-filled fly-covered seagull floating on its back down a muddy river... What a waste of life and spirit to choose hell over heaven... Was probably the coke, teevee, video-games, and religion that made them so kookoo to want to be in and share hell's evils.. Is probably homosexual cristinsanes: 'sniff sniff, praise-be, hallelujah, ahhmen, yay god, eat breaded dead jesus bits, scary holy ghosts'... I wonder where their 504 dead seagull will eventually end up..? Sometimes I wonder if those devils hitting peoples computers with malware ever damage their own computers more..? It would seem the devils are their worst enemies, hurting themselves to hurt others, like how so many roadrage people smash-up their own vehicles during their temper tantrums, and how so many karens destroy their own lives trying to destroy others lives, and like how war always turns on and destroys the aggressor like what happened to hister and all the other tyrant barbarians... putrid the barbarian is going-down big time.. I bet it's gonna Sting.. Wouldn't want to be him!.. Was it the coke and religion that made him be so kookoo, into a white-blue-red dead floating seagull..? Just wondering: Did he do unmentionable things to his monkey..? It lot better to be sane and poor in heaven, than wealthy and kookoo in hell...

I think ones best option for maintaining internet security is to accept that there's a global war going on out there, and these days malware dominates cyber-world ('computers and phones'), and everyone should have an install ISO DVD of their OS like they like it, so every time hell's thht hits their machine they can instantly restore the OS it in about half an hour to exactly what they had... I wish I knew how to make that custom install ISO flash chip... How do you do it so it works?..

Speaking of malware dominating cyber-world.. When my mum was alive, her pacemaker suddenly failed, so I rushed her to the hospital emerg.. While I was waiting for her in emerg in came 20 other elders, one every five minutes whose pacemakers had failed.. Seems the government sent an electronic signal that shut-off pace makers, to ease the strain on their $coffers by murdering innocent elders.. Oh Oh canada... It's definitely hell-world out there... I wonder if the guy who shut-off pacemakers believes a bs 'judgement day' gets him into our heaven, molesting, enslaving, raping, killing, and eating our precious nephilim angels..? Which children's prayer poem gets him into our heaven..? How many breaded jesus bits does he need to eat to get into our spirit-home heaven..?

Gateway 504 is a virus..

Someone who lives in his butt put 504 in my netbook, in one of these three hard drives I use in the netbook.. I was experiencing slow down 504 glitches in one hard drive, but not in the other two hard drives.. I just finished reinstalling the OS in the troubled hard drive, and the gateway glitch is gone.. 504 is a hacker bullying tool.. Is there something that blocks unscrupulous installation of 504..? Hackers are hell-demons having fun... A tip for the hacker demons: Try the migrant infant butt roast at the cannibal eateries, you love it.. Maybe have it with room temp red wine...

The Error 503 & 504 are very real REGULAR Errors that you can find on many sites.... The guys in our IT Dept are constantly working on getting rid of them.

I get 504's when I'm upsetting a microstuf enforcer, is why I suspect it might be microstuf techs injecting 504's as viruses into users computers and the form while those computers are harboring microstuf super cookies.. Maybe it's by clinging sticky super cookie links..? Seems Linux needs a super-cookie-shredder firewall..? I'm guessing that super cookies are the base to many types of attacks... Seems every login needs be checked for an attached super cookie, and cleaned of it if it's found...

Maybe it could be a member who is a microstuf gestapo agent..?
If members IP's are from Redmond it's likely that's the culprit... 504's might be an internal hacker (advanced trojan horse) causing chaos... Portmaster techs probably have some answers...

Maybe it's that microstuf is into a member's computer while the member is logged into the forum..?

Maybe the crew at Portmaster would know methods to block 504's..?

Maybe 504's are coming from microstuf's gooble and youbloob..?

A microstuf new member just registered, then the doodoo started happening, then it stopped when he left angry 'got kicked out of town tarred and feathered'...

Can there be a forum firewall that scans members connections activities while their computers are connected to the forum..?

Can members connections somehow be restructured to be the forum's acceptable input..? Maybe if the forum established a download/install of something that allowed connection to the forum..?

I suspect 504 is associated with Spamhaus and Cloudflare... Maybe a hacker is illegally registering the forum on those antispam sites as a temporary threat prank.? Ask them..

Maybe it's a business competitor who lost a contract to this technology business..? Examine IP's of members, comparing them with competitor's IP's..

I entered the forum, and suddenly my notebook was attacked and infected by 504... Bleachbit and reinstalling Librewolf couldn't touch it.. It took a reinstall to clean it out... Maybe the 504 virus is set to target specifics..? Maybe there are settings in Portmaster that could block a 504..?

It could be government SS black hatters controlling IP's with illegal double proxies... After all, governments are above their laws...

Maybe make a record log of the connected IP's when 504 first starts.. Compare the logged IP's to Redmond and Asian IP's..

Maybe the infection enters the forum via login piggy-back data..? Maybe the criminal's login carries the infection..? Maybe the forum should somehow run all member input through a 'malware cleaner laundry machine' program..? and attach forum provided coded safe login credentials associated with each login, in a login safe which quarantines the users login, and converts it to its forums applied secret login before letting it through..? a 'login firewall antivirus data converter library '..?

Have you GOOGLED-> 504 Gateway Time-out

And see things like:

A 504 Gateway Timeout Error happens when a server that was attempting to load a web page did not get a response in time from another server. Almost always, the error is on the website itself, and there's nothing you can do about it but try again later.

I'm glad I'm making you laugh.. It feels good to have a good laugh.. It's good to make people laugh...
I did read the Google bs.. Microsoft's Google data is faulty, biased, and unscrupulous.. The server not getting a response is how the gateway slow-down virus works.. The error has been applied to the website and or you computer by hackers... If you reinstall your computer's OS the problem vanishes.. It's a virus, it ain't a golden-bead on mother theresa's rosary... The criminals are hiding a nasty virus inside security software... In a few months it'll all be exposed, then we can all 'crack up' together over beers in the pub...

Proof it's a virus is that it sticks to the OS causing havoc and chaos...

Proof gateway is a trojan is that it slows down your computer while it's trying to scan your files for crucial data to steal... When it can't get at your encrypted files it punishes you with a 504 pop-up...
It's like 25-years ago hackers were desperately trying to steal my inventions from my computer through internet explorer.. When they didn't get anything they destroyed the computer's operating system to punish me.. Nothing of any value was in the computer, it was all in backup CD's...
