    mp3 to ogg ??

    has anyone seen a tool that can do the conversion?

    You'd be better off re-ripping, then encoding to OGG. MP3 is a lossy compression scheme... It removes data that can't be put back when you uncompress. Kind of like making your luggage fit into a small case by throwing out all your underwear.
