Making a Shutdown and Restart command in Fluxbox

In the menu.conf(I think its that), what would you put if you wanted it to shutdown from fluxbox? I am tired of going into xterm or pressing alt, ctrl, and an F button, or logging out into the login screen(I use RH 8.0). Is there something I can add to that file that will make it shutdown or restart?

    if u have runlevel 3
    then u boot into console
when u have in ur .xinitrc to boot fluxbox when typing startx then u can just click EXIT in fluxbox-menu.
it will shut down x and bring u to the console.
there u can just type reboot -n to restart.

You can point a menu command to a script (say, an sh file) and in the script have the necessary commands!
Unlike some members of the board I will not go into a Microsoft-hating spree, nor will I spell Microsoft with a '$'. But Linux Rules nonetheless.
